    This is all wrong!!!! My boyfriend is chaldean and he makes dolma all the time. The shiny side goes down. The veins go up! It is embarrassing that this person got it all wrong. I hope the creator of this video corrects this misinformation!

    So you say it's award winning but yet you failed to show us how you cut up the mango. Why is that? Is it because you used canned mango? Or maybe the ones that come in the fruit cups? I'd like to know how to cut a mango, so I was a bit disappointed when you skipped over that part.

    Why do you separate the PULP from the milk? Can you COOK and then ferment them together as one? Won't the result be thicker and creamier?

    6 minutes of talking and cutting the pineapple. Mango was in there, but showing us how to cut it would've taken another 6 minutes. Maybe do a fast forward for each ingredient being prepped and skip the 2 minutes of just talking for a 7 minute video.
